Org Chart Executable File

Is the Org Chart tool that comes with Office 2002 no longer a stand alone,
albeit shared, program? You used to be able to create an Org Chart in any of
the Office programs or separate from them. It had its own executable file,
its own window, title bar and menu bar. That no longer seems to be the case;
or am I not looking in the right place?

You are correct; the Org Chart that ships with Office XP (2002) is not an
OLE application and doesn't have stand-alone capability.
