My organizational chart has been built with the auto format tool off (using word XP). The page is very full. I have two more boxes to add but every time I try to do so it steels the box from somewhere else. Then everything I write in the box is being typed in two boxes at once. Any ides why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Enlarge the size of your page by either using a custom page size or reducing the margins on the current one. When all is done, likely, you can choose to force it to fit to one page. It sounds like you're stretching the limit of the org chart within your page size.

Thanks. What I had to do was increase the page size, put everything in and then reduce it again. it seems it wouldn't let one box fall under another box if it came off a different leadership line, as if the space was considered full.
