New to this!!

Doing an Org Chart and for some reason all my boxes have the same name in
it, if i try to alter a box they all change to that name.

How do I change and put a new name in each box

Anyone help?

Right click on the shape...go to Properties and change from there is one
way.

Cate,

In the long run, you'll find it much easier to generate your charts from an
Excel spreadsheet or a database containing the staff information. Take a
look at the Org Chart Wizard. You can use the sample personnel files that
come with Visio to experiment with this.
