org charts - auto layout off

Hi there,

After preparing a detailed org chart in Auto Format I need to change one
shape to accommodate all the text say...or maybe add a small shape for
whatever, so I turn off Auto Format and add my change which is all good.
However, then the shapes in the next column of shapes goes out of alignment.
How can I fix that a) not to happen or b) make it right again? If I try to
manually drap to make all the shapes uniform I get resistance not allowing
the spacing to be uniform.

Select the shape and then use the CTRL key with an appropriate arrow key for
micro-movements of the shapes.
