Organization Chart Wizard cannot start

I used to drag and drop a position to another and they link up automatically,
but now it does not work at all. I click on a new organization chart wizard,
it does not have the wizard page pop-up at all.

One of the reasons that cannot open the wizard might be a setting in option
menu.
Please try to set the option.
Select menu Tools / Options / Details opens a dialog named "Options".
Click tab named as "Details" and switch on the option named as "Enable
Automation Events".

I am working on Japanese version of Visio. So, I am sorry that the name of
the menues might not be correct,
