Size of Boxes when in Organization Chart

Is there a way when creating an org chart to make all the boxes the same
size? My text is the same font and size but because there is less text in
the box, it is sizing the box smaller

It's really hard to answer questions when we don't know what version of
PowerPoint you are using. Can you share that little detail?
