organizer contents

i've got a small & simple macro that will replace an item in the organizer
with a new one, but i'd like to add some error checking to it.

how can i check to see if there's an organizer item with a specific name
and/or loop through all organizer items in a document?

Have to write specific code for each object

Eg, validating a style is by looping the Style objects.
