Organizing Supporting Files In A Folder after not doing so

I published my web site with publisher 2007 but initially did not organize
the files in a folder. When I upload to my web host I have to load each new
file seperately (I did not know what the heck I was doing initally and am
still learning). Can I now Organize them in a folder and then just upload
that folder? Should I delete all the seperate files from my host first or
later? Here is the website:http://montiniboyslacrosse.axspace.com/

Thank you in advance

When you change to the option of using the subfolder to organize your files,
Publisher will produce an index.htm file and an index_files folder that
contain all your other files. You may upload the index.htm file and it will
overwrite the old index.htm file on your server. You will also upload the
index_files folder, INTACT. This will not overwrite the other files you had
on your server, so once you successfully upload the new files, you can then
delete the old loose files off your server. Just be careful that you delete
only the Publisher generated files and not any host/server files.
