other projects and commitments total is not correctly adding subto

i'm looking in the Resource Usage view. I have a resource that has 2 tasks
under Other projects and commitment totaling 4 hours of work.

However, looking at the other projects and commitment line it's not totaling
it up as 4 it's showing another number.

Why is this? Why doesn't the other projects and commitment line correctly
add up all the child tasks it has below it?

What version of Project are you using? And the Service Release number? Are
you using Project Server?
