Hello,
We are running Project Server 2007 with SP1 and we are currently facing the
problem that most of the Enterprise Resource Usage Data is Wrong, that is,
the total number of hours shown in a given resource is not the sum of all the
project tasks plus "Other projects and commitments".
Specifically:
1) The total value shown for "Other projects and committments" does not
equal the sum of all the sub-items listed under "Other projects and
committments" - when different, the the total value is usually greater than
the sum of the sub-items --> VERY COMMON, and the difference is large (up til
10 hours)
2) The total value shown for the resource does not equal the sum of the
"Other projects and commitments" plus the sum of all the project tasks. When
different, the total value is greater than the sum of "Other project and
committments" plus the sum of all project tasks --> RARE, and the difference
is small (up til one hour)
This problem is causing us a great impact in our work.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks a lot!
