Some users I support cannot remove the names of users that
granted them access to Inbox, Calendar, and/or Contacts
earlier in the year. In most cases, new profiles have
been created for the users that granted the permissions.
These users don't even see the names of those granted
access. Anyway, how can these users clean up their
current profiles and remove the (old) names under Open?

I created new profiles and it's working now.

in the future, but note that now that your address is out there, there's not
much you can do other than changing your address.
