other XP users share office products?

Why can't the other users share programs like office or word perfect? Must I
reinstall every program in each user's portion of the pc?

If you want other users on the same machine to be able to use a program,
either select the option to install for all users, or use the setup disk to
install for each user. Only a small stub is installed to allow access to
the full program for each user.

Thanks. The program is already installed, must I unistall and reinstall it
or is there some other way to set it up for all users without having to
reinstall?
