Oulook Cache mode not Syncing

We are having problems with syncing emails with a remote Exchange server via
VPN on Exchange mode.

We have tried Deleteing the OST, creating new profile, unchecking/rechecking
cache mode, etc. But nothing has helped.

This problem only happends on a few computers that are on the VPN network,
but it works perfected normal for other computers.

We get the following error Task Microsoft Exchange Server error (0x80040107)
: 'Could not open the item. Try again.'
And it shows "This folder has not yet been updated" on the bottom right
corner.

We are able to see the email with cache mode off, but once when it is turned
on, all the mails disapperar and it does not seem to download email to the
OST file.

Anyone have any ideas? thanks.
