oulook issue with reply to all

Can anyone please tell me how i can stop my name from
appearing in the address line when i reply to all. i have
not been able to locate a setting where this can be done.

What version of Outlook, and what services/account types do you have set up
in it?

its outlook 2k and everyone is setup with outlook address
books, personal address books, exchange server and
personal folders. we run on imap.
