I have a user who has Outlook 2003, mail format settings of html and uses
Word 2003 as her email editor. When she inserts bullets into the email Word
will crash, also causing problems with outlook. It will ask her is she wants
to restart word and it will appears with the document retrieval window. I
have run both a repair and a reinstall and the issue continues to occur. I
haven't had any luck finding any information about this issue so thought I
would see if anyone had any thoughts. I want to try and avoid building a
replacement pc if at all possible.
