Out of office assistant not available

Out of office assistant not available on one of our sales
reps computer. Reinstalled Office premium and even ran
repair utility from outlook and still does not work. Any
suggestions?

I have this written in my notes from long ago, might still
apply:

Open Tools, Options.
Select the "Other" tab.
Click on the "Advanced Options" button
Select "Add-In Manager."
Select emsuix.ecf.
Open.
Select OK.

Verify that the "Out Of Office Assistant" has been added
to the Tools menu.

If you do not see the "emsuix.ecf" you may need to install it.
