out of office manager has vanished

I set an out of office manager advisory by going to Tools
and selecting Out of Office, and then set, with a
specific message.

Upon returning, I wnated to turn off the Out of Office
message, but could no longer find option under Tools.

Help directed me to Tools/Options/Other/Advanced
Options/Add In Manager, but this does not get me anywhere.

How can I turn off the Out of Office Message???
