Out off office

Have a problem: A user try use his Out Off Office, but
when people are sending him a mail they dont get an
answer... When i use the Out Off Office.. There is no
problem!!

Are the people who do not receive the Out of Office message internal or
external? If external, this is by design.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
