outline without words on chart?

Is there some way to use the outline feature and NOT have
text show up on the slide?

Covering up the text or making the text the background
color doesn't work well because when printing handouts the
box's border and text always prints as black.

Thanks!

Drag the placeholders off the slide and into the gray area. That way
they'll remain part of the slide information, but they won't show in slide
show mode or when printed.

Hi "JR",

if you don't need the title placeholder on any of your slides, open the
slide master and drag the title placeholder into the gray area around the
slide. This way you can fill it with text, which shows up in outline, but
will not show during slideshow.

Kind regards,
Ute
