Outllook 2002 and Windows XP

I have four different user accounts but one shared email account for the
four users. How do you set up the individual accounts to have access to the
same Outlook 2002? Depending on who opens Outlook and does and
send/receive, that account user only has access to those messages in the
inbox. How do you make a common inbox for all users?
