XP/Outlook03/Norton same problem on cable and phone with
three different computers. Up until about a month ago
when I typed a new email and hit send. No problem it
would go out one by one. No new hardware or software
other than virus and OS updates. About a month ago,
emails would collect inthe outbox rather than go out
individually. Now I have to go into outbox and then hit
send/receive. 50% of the time all the messages except one
email goes out. 40% of the time none of the email
messages go out. 10% of the time I get on the cable
Ox800CCCoF error message stating that cannot connect.
This is on cable as well as dialup.
I have tried shutting off Norton's outbound scanning
without rebooting the computer, but that does not seem to
be the solution. I think this may be an Outlook03 problem
that is somehow tied in with the address book.
Anyone else have this issue or know of a fix? Thanks..
