Outlook 2000 & Contacts

I have an issue where the client is using Outlook 2000
on a WIN 2000 exchange server.
Contacts are setup two different ways.
#1 Global List on Server
#2 A personal contact list on a local .pst file.
The issue is when the client is scrolling through her
personal contact list, Outlook Closes Down faster than I
have ever seen any program close. This issue only occurs
using the personal, local .pst contacts.
Any Ideas?
