In recent days a problem has developed when I try to right
click e-mails in my Inbox in order to delete them, or if I
try to click and drag the e-mails to the Deleted Items
folder. The message "The messaging interface has returned
an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart
Outlook." pops up. I can click and drag e-mails to other
folders I have created however.
I run Office 2000 and Windows 2000 Professional, but do
not have the SR1A update for Office downloaded.
Any ideas as to how to fix this?
