Hello,
I have run into a small issue that I can't seem to track down. The series
of events goes like this...... We are running a Win2K Pro client with
Outlook 2000 SP3. At one point a few months ago we were running Exchange
2000 on all mailbox servers and everything was running smoothly. We then
upgraded the mailbox servers to Exchange 2003 and now we have an odd
behaviour where Outlook 2000 does not shut down all the way. You close
Outlook and the small rectangular box which says "Please wait while
Microsoft Outlook exits" just sits there. This box never goes away and you
have to use task manager to end the task. The funny thing is it doesn't
happen with all user accounts and it also doesn't happen every time.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
Does anyone know what I can look for?
Thanks,
PK
