outlook 2000 - inconsistent pst

Any message in any Outlook folder dated prior to 10/25/03
can not be moved or deleted. Get a message which states
that "errors have been detected... Quite all Outlook ...
use the Inbox Repair Tool. I must assume this tool is
SCANPST.EXE. When I use it, it finds no error. Anyone
know of another Outlook Repair tool? Any other ideas?

How big is the PST? Did you try creating a new PST and COPYing (not
MOVEing) the older message there? If you can do this, copy all the mail to
the new PST and dump the old one.
