Outlook 2000 No access to email

In trying to open outlook I recieved the following. "An
OLE registration erroe occured. The program is not
correctly installed. Run set up again for the program". I
have run set up twice and stil recieve the same message
and have no access to outlook as it immediately closes.
Help appreciated.
