Outlook 2000 not responding on exit, related to Outlook 2003?

I have two users that Outlook 2000 will not close after doing a File | Exit and Log Off, it just hangs and they have to do an "end task" to close.

One user installed Outlook 2003, but uninstalled and re-installed Outlook 2000, is when the problem started.

The other user has Outlook 2000, but is a delegate of another user who has Outlook 2003. She believes the problem started the same time they started to use Outlook 2003.

Any suggestions?
