Outlook 2000-Probelm to move emails from inbox to Personal folder

Hi,

We have MS Exchange 5.5 server & outlook 2000 setup. I am
tring to move emails from inbox to personal folder &
getting an error for move/copy.

I tried to repaird pst file using scanpst.exe, but fail
to solve this issue.

Please let me know the solution for the same

How big is your personal folder file? There is a 2GB limit on them and
if you have the latest service pack for Outlook 2000 installed I think
it enforces a "lock" on the personal folder file around 1.8GB.
Have you tried creating a new, empty, personal folder file and seeing
if you could move the messages there? Just as a test.
