When I try to open either mail editor (Word or Outlook) or
open a appointment, Outlook stops responding. It is
running on Win 98 SR2/fully updated. Mail Server is
Exchange 5.5.
I have tried uninstalling Outlook and removing the
registry keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OFFICE\8.0 and 9.0
and HKEY_CURRENT_USER (same as above). With no success. I
have also tried deleting the users profile and recreating
it, that also didn't work. If anyone can help, I would
appreciate it.
