Outlook 2000 thru VPN

I'm trying to setup Outlook 2000 to access my work Exchange server from
home via a VPN connection. Since my home PC isn't on a domain, outlook
can't seem to find my exchange server when I try to add the service.

Any ideas how to do this (short of changing my pc to a domain)?
