Outlook 2000 - Unable to Access Folder

Hello there,
I am getting the following error message in outlook
2000:

Unable to access folder.

I am getting it on multiple Windows 2000 PC that have
SP4 installed. I didn't have any issues until we
installed SP4 (I think).

Please let me know if there is a fix for this problem.
