I've been using 2000 on this machine for over a year without problems.
I opend it yesterday and got the message "Internet E-mail is not
installed properly. Please re-install Outlook and specify Corporate or
Workgroup E-mail Service." So I uninstalled and re-installed Outlook
but got the same message. I then tried the Repair option but it still
resulted in the same thing. Next I uninstalled Office completely,
deleting reg keys as well, and reinstalled but still get the same
error. I tried to Reconfigure Mail Support option after each
reinstall, but it's already set to the Workgroup setting.
Any ideas how I can get it to work again? Is there a way to completely
remove Office components so I can get a truly fresh install? Thanks.
