I would like to roll out a default new mail message
template for all user that'll include a standard company
closing for emails and letters. How will I do this? Any
directions will be appreciated.

Unless you are VB script person - third party software,
try looking up "disclaimers" or "email footers" on the
web to get you in the right direction to some products.
