Outlook 2002/2000 Add-1n: Personal Folders Backup

Hi there.
Is it ok that I have downloaded this off the net into
Programme Files. Or should I have downloaded it into
Programme Files/Outlook?

Secondly, will it automatically backup.
Or will I have to do it manually when it remindes me?

Then it says it backs up Personal folders, is that all my
Folders in Outlook?
