Outlook 2002, cannot "save password" HELP!

I can check the box, and it will save the password for the
instance that I am in that window. When I click out, or
leave outlook, it loses the password. Everytime I want to
check my email, I have to enter a password--even when I
check, SAVE PASSWORD. I upgraded from Office 2000, to
Office XP. I have XP Home, and have done the same process
on two computers with the same specs, and only ONE
computer has the problem. I have followed ALL of MS's
suggestions, registry editing, Service Packs etc., to no
avail. Can't talk to MS because all they tell me to do are
the things I'VE ALREADY DONE! Someone please help me!
