Outlook 2002 crashes with Norton Internet Security 2004

Since installing Norton Internet Security 2004 Outlook 2002 generates a Microsoft C++ Runtime Error in Outlook.exe. It causes Outlook to teminate, restart outlook and everything is OK. It seems that when a new user logs into XP and tries to start Outlook the problem re-appears, switching to another user causes the problem again. Its a problem that should not be happening but doesn't look like anyone is going to do anything to correct. Microsoft and Norton are pointing their fingers at each other but we have to deal with the problem. Just wanted to complain to someone.....
