Outlook 2002 delegations not possible to have email serach option and on behalf

When I give full access on the exchange mailbox it enables
to utilize the email search option, but when I send an
email from this mailbox it's not indicated as on behalf of
but like if it was sent directly by that contact.
What rights should i apply in order to have both the
capability to do a search and also to send the mail with
the indication on behalf of?

You must remove the Send As permissions
