OUTLOOK 2002 -- DISCUSSION FORM

I was using Outlook 2002 and accidentally clicked the
mouse button (Left) at the same time as I was holding down
a keyboard key. This action, which I cannot replicate
brought up a "Discussion Form." O'look Help does not
mention this Form. Does anyone know how I can do this
again? Thank you.
