We use Microsoft Exchange Server 2000. I have a user who cannot access the Outlook Inbox [Mailbox-User]. When Outlook is configured to use the [Mailbox] rather than the Personal Folders, the program will not open. If Outlook is set to Personal Folders, Outlook will open and operate but if you attempt to open the Inbox [Mailbox-User], Outlook shuts down

All office and operating system (XP) updates have been applied. We have updated IE. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled Office several times. If anyone can give me any assistance on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated!
