Outlook 2002 not showing url in status bar on scroll over

Previous versions of Outlook showed the url of a hyperlink in a message.
But my Outlook 2002 wont show it. I have looked and searched everywhere to
see if there is a setting for it, but no luck.

I am not looking hard enough?
