Hi,
I hope I'm in the right place to ask a question about the Personal Folders
Backup on a machine running Windows XP with three users.
I downloaded & installed the add-in while logged on as administrator. But,
Backup as an option from the OL2002 File menu *only* showed up in the
administrator user, not when any of the other three users were logged on.
Well, that was no good because the administrator doesn't use email, so then
I tried to install it while I was logged on as myself. But, I couldn't do
it because it knew it was already installed and insisted on an uninstall.
OK, fine . . . I did that, so now I have the Backup available when I'm
logged onto OL2002, but the other two users don't.
How can I fix things so that all three of us have the ability to use the pst
folder backup as an option from the OL2002 File menu?
TIA,
