Outlook 2002 Public Calendar View Problem

We have a small office with 5 networked computers with a
public calendar that we all use. My events show as
appointments (with different dates) on everybody else's
computer and their events show as appointments (with
different dates) on my computer. The other employees have
Windows 2000 and I have XP. I also have Outlook 2002 and
they have an earlier version. Could this be the problem?
