Hi - I have created a rule to sort messages coming from a specific name to go into a specific folder. It works fine, the only problem is it also keeps a copy in the folder of the account in came in on. How can I get it to just go to the folder I want and not leave a copy in the original account folder also? Thanks in advance. Sue.

Have you made sure that your rule is using the "Move it to the specified
folder" option and not the "Move a copy of it to the specified folder"
option?

Yes, the rule reads "Apply this rule after the message arrives from (fill in the blank) move it to the (fill in the blank) folder. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sue.
