Outlook 2002 simple backup question

I am a single (home office) Outlook 2002 user on Windows XP Home Edition. I
want to be sure I'm backing up EVERYTHING I should be and have followed the
procedure outlined in the Microsoft document for backing up pst files. It
also says a Personal Address Book is stored on the hard drive and you "may"
have to backup that as well. Searching my hard drive for anythting with a
pab extension yeilds only a gif and a shortcut/pointer.

Question: am I saving everything I need (all contacts, including all email
addresses, inbox, sent, drafts, calander, tasks, etc. folders) by simply
backing up all the data contained in the Outllok folder from the path ...

C:\Documents & Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
.... or do I need to look elsewhere as well?
