One of our users is having some of her subfolders set up
under the inbox randomly disappear. She notices the
folder is gone only after a rule she has set up to move
messages into the folder errors out. The missing folder
is not in the deleted items folder, nor is there anything
to recover in the "recover deleted items" option. She
insists that she did not delete the folder. Please advise.
