Hello,
We are in the middle of moving onto Microsoft Exchange 2000 in our
office.
I have been trying to work out exactly what we can and can't do with
Exchange and Outlook.
The problem I have is one of syncronization.
When the user is added to the Exchange account, their Exchange e-mails
are automatically re-directed to their Outlook (Personal Folder)
account.
I want to be able to have this feature within Calendar and Contacts.
In respect of calendar, I want to be able to add an appointment to my
Outlook calendar and sync it to my Exchange calendar.
1. Can this be done?
I also want to have a feature where the opposite occurs i.e. when
another users adds an appoointment to my Exchange account, it is
automatically syncs into my Outlook calendar.
2. Can this be done?
If this cannot be implemented, please could you post a reply saying it
cannot.
3. Would I need to purchase a third party piece of software o carry
out this task?
4. If yes, where would I get this from?
