Outlook 2002 version 11

I have purchased a Trial Version of Outlook 2003 with
Business Contact Manager. When I try installing it gives
an error message that I need Outlook 2002 version 11 in
order to install this product.

I can not find any version 11 to download or purchase in
order to use this Trial App.

Help!!!

you need to install outlook 2003 before installing bcm.
