outlook 2002 very slow to open now that sp2 installed

anyone have any ideas why this might be?

user has just user rights and always had. I have upgraded to sp2 on xp pro
using a brand new dell box with lots of memory and resources now outlook
takes about a minute to open.

Any ideas thanks

Try going to Tools -> Options -> Other and turning off Instant Messaging
integration.
