Outlook 2002 - Where did "include this account"...go?

After updating to Outlook 2002 I don't see the option
under each email account I have the lets you checkmark
"Include this account when sending or syncronizing mail"
(wording may be off)

Did they remove that?

No they didn't ;-)

In Outlook press CTRL+ALT+S or goto Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup->
button Send/Receive... here you can create send/receive groups
