My Outlook was working fine. Suddenly, I received a message that it needed to
close because of an error. It closed and restarted. It then crashed again and
I did not restart it. I rebooted my computer and since then have not been
able to open Outlook. It failed to load in safe mode and when I said okay to
detect and repair, the program opened but didn't run.
I don't believe that SP2 downloaded on my computer, but I'm not sure.
